Join Natalie at ReachArts for a 60 minute total body workout.

Accessible by stairs only.

Please bring a mat, water and wear comfortable clothes.

Class limited to 20 participants.

Registration is required and is limited to 20 participants 


Natalie is a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher.

She has a passion for fitness and helping women feel their best by believing that movement is critical to our long-term health and encourages women to move for the joy of moving to help improve mood, quality of life and build confidence.

Movement can help release endorphins that can help relieve stress.  It helps move energy and emotions through our bodies, and can help strengthen our mind and improve self-confidence! As busy and powerful women, movement is integral to achieve the fullest expression of ourselves. 

Join Natalie and Reach Arts in celebrating International Women’s Day. This class will focus on the powerful effects of strength training and will combine the soothing and restorative effects of yoga for a 60 minute total body workout. No weights are needed, please bring a mat and water.
